Jean Arvis graduated from the ESSEC business school in 1974 and developed the family hotel group from 1990 onwards. He became a director and then Chairman of Best Western France in 1998. In 2000, he founded the operator and investor Paris-Honotel, then co-founded the Honotel group in 2015, which he left in 2018 to join the MADEHO group, as Senior Advisor, on strategy and development. Jean Arvis is also a member of the Supervisory Board of ESSEC.
After several years in advertising for major brands (Peugeot, SFR, Nike, Eurostar, BforBank, SNCF, Bouygues, Accor). Antoine Arvis joined the hotel business and created MADEHO, thus continuing the family hotel adventure initiated by his grandfather in 1968 and his father in 1990.
