RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, where such services are provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

Accordingly, consumers do not benefit from a right of withdrawal in respect of accommodation bookings made with CAJA HOTELS where the conditions set out in this Article apply.

LIABILITY

CAJA HOTELS makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Website and reserves the right to amend its content at any time and without prior notice.
